The Filò Bianco was our first white wine. Fruity with balanced acidity, it immediately met with great appreciation. The Garganega gives it citrus aromas while the Manzoni, an aromatic blend of Pinot Blanc and Riesling, gives it backbone and freshness.

Vinification:

After careful harvesting into 8 and 10 kg crates, the grapes are placed in a cold store to cool for 24 hours until a temperature of 8 °C is reached. The cold grapes are pressed whole and the must clarified by gravity. Specific yeasts are inoculated into the clarified and still cold must, which ferments at a low temperature for approx. 20 days. Clarification takes place naturally and, a few days before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered.

Tasting notes:

The nose is fresh and fragrant with pleasant acidity. In the mouth, it presents notes of peach and citrus fruits that perfectly match its acidity. On the palate, Filò Bianco has the characteristic of persisting for a long time.

Food pairing:

As an aperitif or with white meat or fish.
