Our Extra Vergine Olive Oil “Corte Capitani” is our traditional Olive oil from our own local olive varieties Casaliva, Leccino, Favarol and Pendolino harvested end of October/November.  This Olive Oil is filtered immediately after pressing in order to best preserve its freshness.  In the nose, this Olive oil presents itself with green apple fragrances and in the pallet its typical spiciness in the back of the through.
