This page explains the privacy practices for cortecapitani.com (hereinafter the “site”), and the other services provided by Corte Capitani (hereinafter “we”).
Below we provide the information required by law relating to the processing of personal data, as required by the European Union Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), and in particular to art. 13.
The information is also provided pursuant to italian art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data for those who interact with the web services of the site.

1. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

We need to process your personal information to manage our company and offer services to our customers. By accepting our terms of use, the user confirms that he has read and understood this regulation, including the reasons and methods of use of the information collected. If the user does not want their information to be collected or processed in the ways described in this regulation, they should not use our services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of external websites linked to our site.

By using our services, the user is aware that his information will be used by our company in Italy, therefore the legislation followed is the one in force in Italy. 2. Information Collected or Received

Automated information: our company automatically receives, and records, information from browsers or mobile devices of our users during visits to our website, through the IP address or unique identifier of the user’s device, cookies and data relating to pages that have been visited, in order to give us the opportunity to operate. Location information: based on the device used, we can know the user’s location via IP (approximate) or GPS. Using some applications, you can choose to share your geo-location data in order to use map functions. We locate the user to provide specific options according to regional regulations and requirements. We share geo-location data with third parties (such as our map providers) only for the purpose of providing the user with the requested services.

3. Messages from us

Information made public: on our site it is possible to comment on the blog. We keep the user’s information in the time necessary to provide the services to the user. If the user no longer wishes to make use of his information, he can request its removal.
