Our connection to grappa runs as deep as Veneto’s winemaking roots. In this region, where acquavite di vinaccia has been crafted for generations, we carry forward the tradition through thoughtful, small-batch distillation that honors both our terroir and heritage. After each wine harvest, we carefully select the pomace—the grape remnants including skins, seeds, and pulp—from our finest vintages. These precious materials make their way to what is perhaps Italy’s most intimate distillery, where master distillers Carlo Gobetti and his son transform our pomace into pure, crystalline spirit. Our approach to grappa-making embraces simplicity and authenticity. While many modern producers enhance their spirits with aromatic additions or barrel aging, we choose to create only “Grappa Giovane”—young grappa that expresses the pure essence of our grape varieties. This dedication to tradition means our spirit derives its character entirely from two sources: the natural compounds developed during fermentation and the masterful touch of our distillers.

The result is a grappa that speaks clearly of its origins. Each small batch captures both the distinctive qualities of our vineyard’s grape varieties and the centuries of distilling wisdom preserved in Veneto’s hills. When you taste our grappa, you experience not just a spirit, but a connection to the land, the vines, and the generations of artisans who have refined this craft before us.
