At Corte Capitani, we craft wines that tell the story of our terroir while embracing innovation. Each bottle represents our dedication to authentic Super Veronesi wines, where traditional local varieties meet forward-thinking winemaking.

Our philosophy centers on working with grapes that truly belong here – either indigenous to our region or specifically developed for our unique terroir. This commitment to authenticity shines through in every wine we produce, from our signature reds to our crisp whites.

The heart of our collection lies in our Filò series, named after the Veneto tradition of gathering with friends to share stories over wine. Filò Bianco, a harmonious blend of Garganega and Manzoni, and Filò Rosso, crafted from pure Corvina, embody the spirit of Italian aperitivo – light, convivial wines that bring people together.

Our white wine portfolio showcases the versatility of the Manzoni grape. The Manzoni White offers a fresh, aromatic expression, while our Manzoni Brut sparkling wine captures the grape’s elegant effervescence. Each bottle demonstrates the remarkable potential of this grape in our terroir.

Among our reds, you’ll discover vanL, our winemaker Jan’s favorite creation. This wine evolved from our original Campenadal, perfected through years of experience to create an exceptional blend of Cabernet Franc and Oseletta. The deep, intense Rebo, a varietal championed by pioneering vintner Rebo Rigotti, represents another cornerstone of our red wine collection.

Looking to the future, we’ve embarked on an exciting journey with resistant grape varieties. Since 2020, we’ve been producing small-batch wines from these innovative cultivars. These grapes represent a sustainable future for winemaking, naturally resistant to common vineyard diseases and requiring minimal intervention. While current production remains limited, these wines showcase our commitment to tradition and innovation, pointing the way toward the next chapter in our winemaking story.
